Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver plays a vital role in ensuring customers receive the materials they need to maintain clean water and heating/cooling systems. This position combines warehouse operations with delivery responsibilities, requiring both physical and logistical skills.

Primary Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
- Maintain inventory standards and ensure accuracy in all warehouse processes.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
Delivery Operations:
- Verify all loads for accurate customer deliveries.
- Operate assigned vehicles, including Class B and Class C trucks, safely in urban and construction environments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and reliability.
Professional Development Opportunities:
- Gain knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Obtain forklift certification.
- Develop skills for career advancement in leadership, CDL driving, or sales.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting of up to 75 pounds, bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching.
- Work indoors and outdoors as required by assigned tasks.
- Ability to maintain scheduled attendance and perform repetitive physical activities.
Best Candidate Profile
Basic Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Hold a valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle class:
- Class C: 26,000 lbs or less combined gross weight
- Class B: Box truck, 26,001 lbs or more combined vehicle weight
- Maintain a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a local delivery driver, short-haul driver, or DOT-regulated driver.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to customer service.
Skills & Competencies
- Oral and written communication proficiency.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management.
- Physical stamina and coordination for lifting and operating warehouse equipment.
- Ability to follow procedures, adapt to changes, and work effectively in a team.
