Key Highlights of the Position
🔹 Salary: $70,000 – $87,500 per year
🔹 Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
🔹 Education Requirement: Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
🔹 Experience Needed: 6-8 years (manufacturing experience preferred)
🔹 Travel: Up to 30% for NPA site visits
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate product development plans with engineers and NPAs.
- Ensure compliance with federal safety standards (Fed Std 313).
- Manage cloud-based capability documents and analytics reports.
- Conduct Engineering Reviews and assess NPA manufacturing capabilities.
