Key Responsibilities:
- Lead statistical programming for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and validate complex programs for data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drug submissions (e.g., FDA approvals)
- Mentor junior programmers and drive process improvements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 6+ years of industry experience (including regulatory submissions)
- Expertise in SAS, CDISC standards, and clinical data structures
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
