Role Summary

Primary Responsibilities

Work Structure
The position offers both hybrid and remote schedules. Candidates living near Hartford, CT, or San Antonio, TX, follow a hybrid model with office attendance on Tuesday to Thursday. Those outside these regions work remotely and may be asked to visit an office when required.
Training and Schedule Details
Training begins on April 6, 2026. It runs for 14 weeks and ends around June 26. Time off during training is not available. Training hours follow a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:30 AM to 6 PM Eastern.
After training, the schedule shifts to Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8 PM local time. Every other Saturday is included from 9:30 AM to 6 PM Eastern. When a Saturday shift occurs, Wednesday becomes an off day. Schedules remain fixed for the first year to maintain consistency.
Compensation Structure
The hourly rate is 23 dollars, but The Hartford offers additional performance-based rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual payouts. Though average monthly incentives exceed $500, however, top earners may exceed $2000. A shift differential of up to 10 per cent may apply after training.
The company provides an annualised base pay range from 42,800 dollars to 64,200 dollars. Moreover, total compensation may include bonuses, long-term incentives, and recognition rewards.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of recent sales experience. They must be comfortable with negotiation, and objection handling is essential. Backgrounds in insurance, retail, or banking are preferred, but Inbound sales experience strengthens a candidate’s profile.
