The Role: Associate, Base Ecosystem
The Associate, Base Ecosystem will play a key role in shaping Base’s growth by building strategic alliances and fostering a thriving on-chain economy. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about blockchain innovation and eager to help establish Base as the preferred platform for developers, brands, and enterprises.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Support infrastructure and consumer partnerships across Base Chain, Base App, Base Pay, Base Build, and Spindl.
- Go-to-Market Initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop GTM strategies that elevate Base’s position as the leading platform for on-chain creators and businesses.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and project execution.
- Operational Excellence: Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity, efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Base seeks an individual who thrives in high-performance environments and shares Coinbase’s passion for driving global crypto adoption.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technology, finance (corporate development, investing), or consulting.
- Demonstrated success in deal execution, such as M&A, large-scale partnerships, or investments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities with a results-oriented mindset.

- Deep enthusiasm for on-chain apps, platforms, and ecosystems.
- A self-aware, humble, and resilient approach to solving complex problems.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary Range: $135,320 – $159,200 USD
Full-time employees also receive bonuses and equity eligibility, along with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
