💼 About the Role
As a Partner Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary post-sales advisor for managed service providers (MSPs), managed security service providers (MSSPs), and strategic partners.
You will guide partners through onboarding, adoption, enablement, and long-term success while helping them operationalize cybersecurity services using Horizon3.ai’s platform.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine relationship management, cybersecurity knowledge, customer success expertise, and partner growth strategies.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and adoption initiatives
- Deliver technical training and platform guidance
- Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Monitor partner engagement, usage, and success metrics
- Identify growth opportunities and account expansion potential
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams
- Resolve partner challenges and escalate issues when needed
- Develop partner success plans and enablement resources
- Support co-selling initiatives and partner-led growth strategies
✅ Requirements & Skills
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Partner Success, or Channel Management
- Experience working with cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology platforms
- Understanding of MSP and MSSP business models
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting highly technical customers or partners
- Strong presentation, onboarding, and training abilities
- Experience managing customer retention and expansion initiatives
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
