Introduction
A healthcare services company within the WorkinVirtual partner network is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator based in the United States to support patients, providers, and internal care teams in a remote environment.
Patient Care Coordinators help ensure patients receive timely support by managing communication, scheduling follow-ups, updating records, and helping care teams stay organized.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Communicating with patients through phone, email, or secure messaging
