As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them achieve their business goals through effective adoption of OSV services and Workday solutions.
You will manage customer relationships, develop success plans, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure clients receive maximum value from their technology investments.

- Manage and strengthen customer relationships across assigned accounts

Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, account management, or client services
- Experience working directly with business leaders and executive stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Experience collaborating across service, product, and operations teams
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to business outcomes
