About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them maximize the value of Ping Identity’s solutions. You will guide customers from implementation through optimization, ensuring smooth deployment and ongoing success.
This role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as support, engineering, and product management to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for identity and security solutions
- Support customers with configuration, implementation, and optimization
- Conduct business reviews and performance assessments with client stakeholders
- Assist with planning system upgrades and feature rollouts
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions
- Act as a point of contact for escalations and critical support issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
- Maintain strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (support, customer success, or sales engineering)
- Knowledge of web technologies and programming fundamentals (Java preferred)
- Understanding of identity and access management concepts
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (HTTP/S, TCP/IP)
