About the Role

As an AI Customer Support Evaluator, you will assess AI-generated responses in customer service conversations. This role focuses on reviewing how AI systems interact with users, ensuring responses are accurate, helpful, and aligned with customer experience standards.

Unlike traditional support roles, your responsibility will be to evaluate performance rather than directly assist customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review AI-generated responses for clarity, accuracy, and usefulness
  • Evaluate tone, empathy, and professionalism in customer interactions
  • Identify issues such as incorrect information or incomplete resolutions
  • Assess how well AI systems handle customer intent and problem-solving
  • Review multi-step conversations for consistency and quality
  • Detect misleading, overconfident, or low-quality responses
  • Document patterns, risks, and edge cases in AI behavior
  • Provide structured feedback to improve AI systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams on quality assurance processes

Requirements / Skills

  • Experience in customer support, call centers, or technical support roles
  • Strong understanding of customer experience standards
  • Ability to evaluate communication quality and tone effectively
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues
