About the Role
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the design and user experience of both web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, illustrators, and marketers to create engaging, high-quality user experiences.
This role requires a strong balance of creative design skills, technical understanding, and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design & User Experience
- Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for mobile and web applications
- Ensure all designs align with user needs, brand identity, and product goals
- Deliver high-quality user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
- Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams across different regions
- Collaborate with illustrators, animators, and storytellers to enhance user experience
- Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth and development
- Help refine design processes, tools, and systems for consistency and scalability
- Lead medium to large-scale design projects independently
Design Systems & Innovation
- Maintain and document design systems, components, and guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs
- Ensure consistency across platforms, including iOS and Android ecosystems
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a focus on mobile apps
- Proven experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms
- Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience leading cross-functional design projects from concept to delivery
- Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in illustration, motion design, or brand identity
- Knowledge of UX writing or content strategy
- Experience working in high-growth or product-driven environments
