About the Role
As Director, Go-To-Market Strategy & Initiatives, you will lead critical business initiatives that improve how the company drives growth. You will work across sales, marketing, and operations to identify inefficiencies, design better processes, and implement scalable solutions.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on solving complex challenges, leveraging AI and automation, and driving measurable improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Transformation
- Own and transform key go-to-market functions end-to-end
- Identify performance gaps and high-impact opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement scalable strategies to drive growth and efficiency
Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve workflows
- Align stakeholders and drive execution across multiple business functions
- Translate complex challenges into clear action plans and measurable outcomes
AI & Process Optimization
- Leverage AI and automation to redesign workflows and improve decision-making
- Implement tools and systems that increase operational efficiency
- Drive experimentation and iterate quickly based on performance data
Operational Excellence
- Define metrics, track performance, and continuously optimize processes
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact
- Take ownership from problem definition through execution and results
Requirements / Skills
- 8–10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or go-to-market roles
- Background in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) preferred
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
- Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems
- Strong experience driving cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated success applying AI or automation to improve workflows
- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
