About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within large organizations and expanding revenue through partner-driven sales strategies. You will manage your territory, build a strong sales pipeline, and close high-value deals.
This role combines direct sales execution with channel development, requiring strong relationship-building skills and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline & Revenue Growth
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets
- Focus on acquiring and closing enterprise-level accounts (1,000+ employees)
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline reporting through CRM tools
Territory & Account Strategy
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize growth opportunities
- Identify high-potential accounts and prioritize engagement strategies
- Drive both short-term wins and long-term revenue growth
Partner & Channel Development
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and resellers
- Recruit and onboard new partners to expand market reach
- Collaborate with partners on demand generation and co-selling initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns and events
- Align with internal sales leadership on strategy and forecasting
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure deal success
Requirements / Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development
- Experience in high-tech or SaaS sales environments (security experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong experience working with channel partners and reseller ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity or identity management solutions
- Background in startup or high-growth company environments
- Established relationships with VARs, MSPs, or system integrators
Work Environment / Benefits
