About the Role
As a SaaS Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve success with the platform while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers align their business goals with the company’s solutions.
This role focuses on relationship management, renewals, and strategic account growth within an evolving SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships
- Support contract renewals and drive multi-year commitments
Client Engagement & Success
- Conduct regular business reviews to align with customer goals
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Build strong relationships and act as a strategic advisor to clients
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to drive business outcomes
- Communicate product value, vision, and strategy to customers
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer insights
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Track account performance, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure proactive communication and follow-through with clients
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS account management or sales
- Strong experience managing client relationships and driving renewals
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or health-tech SaaS
- Familiarity with therapy or education software platforms
- Experience working in high-growth or dynamic organizations
