About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential customers in North America. You will engage with hotel owners and decision-makers, introduce the company’s solutions, and qualify leads for the sales team.
This role is highly interactive and ideal for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, understands customer needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and connect with potential clients through outbound calls and outreach
- Engage decision-makers and introduce the company’s value proposition
- Track outreach activities and results using CRM tools
Prospect Qualification
- Understand customer challenges and identify opportunities for solutions
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations with sales managers
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects
Market Awareness & Insights
- Stay updated on hospitality industry trends and competitor offerings
- Use local market knowledge to enhance outreach strategies
- Contribute insights to improve sales and marketing efforts
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with sales and management teams to optimize the customer journey
- Share ideas and contribute to improving internal processes
- Support the company’s growth by testing new approaches and strategies
Requirements / Skills
- Fluent English communication skills (C2 level or equivalent)
- Based in the United States with valid work authorization
- Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and SaaS solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and present relevant solutions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, travel-tech, or hospitality industries
- Spanish language skills
- Previous experience in sales development or customer-facing roles
