About the Role
As a Go-To-Market Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for key revenue-generating roles across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality candidates.
This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to recruiting, with a strong focus on candidate experience and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for go-to-market roles including sales, marketing, and customer success
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels
- Maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs
- Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market insights
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
Candidate Experience & Engagement
- Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience
- Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure all candidates are treated with respect and transparency
Sourcing & Talent Strategy
- Use platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage top talent
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with diversity and inclusion goals
- Continuously refine approaches to improve hiring outcomes
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Improve recruitment workflows to reduce time-to-fill and increase efficiency
- Track and report key metrics related to hiring performance
- Share best practices and contribute to recruitment strategy improvements
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Experience hiring for go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, customer success)
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Background in both technical and non-technical recruiting
- Experience using social platforms for employer branding and sourcing
- Ability to influence hiring decisions using data-driven insights
