About the Role

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with enterprise customers to design, configure, and deploy AI-driven workflows that deliver measurable business value. This is a hands-on, technical role where you will move quickly from identifying customer needs to implementing production-ready solutions.

You will collaborate closely with customer success, product, and engineering teams while acting as a trusted technical partner to clients.


Key Responsibilities

Customer-Focused Technical Delivery

  • Partner with enterprise customers to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and implement workflows using AI-enabled platform capabilities
  • Configure system features and resolve integration or workflow challenges

AI Workflow Implementation

  • Build and deploy AI-powered use cases, including automation and contract analysis workflows
  • Optimize prompts and evaluate model outputs for accuracy and reliability
  • Integrate AI capabilities into real-world business processes

Driving Adoption & Outcomes

  • Define success metrics and ensure strong product adoption across customer accounts
  • Optimize workflows to increase usage, efficiency, and long-term value
  • Partner with customer success teams to convert deployments into sustained usage

Customer Enablement & Collaboration

  • Train customer teams and administrators on platform usage
  • Document best practices and implementation patterns
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve solutions based on customer feedback

Requirements / Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience implementing or configuring enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working with AI tools, LLMs, or prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of APIs and system integrations in production environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or similar programming languages
  • Familiarity with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) architectures
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms with CRM, ERP, or document systems
  • Background in workflow automation or legal tech/CLM platforms
  • Experience in regulated industries or enterprise environments
