As an Email Deliverability Specialist, you will monitor email infrastructure health, investigate inbox placement issues, manage sender reputation risks, and support customers with authentication and email compliance best practices.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor email infrastructure and deliverability performance
- Investigate inbox placement and email blocking issues

Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in email deliverability or ESP environments
- Strong understanding of:
- SMTP
- DNS records
- SPF
- DKIM
- DMARC
- Experience working with postmaster tools and feedback loops
- Familiarity with email blocklists and delisting processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical investigations simultaneously
