As a Customer Success Specialist, you will support existing hospitality customers while helping new clients successfully onboard and adopt the platform.

Required Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using software platforms and digital tools

- Ability to lead screen-sharing and virtual support sessions
- Self-motivated and organized work style
- Professional written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced customer environments
- Saturday availability required
- Ability to commute to the Versailles, Missouri office
