As a Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with customers throughout onboarding, training, adoption, and long-term platform usage.
You will build trusted relationships with clients, support implementation projects, provide consultative guidance, and help organizations achieve success using PerformYard’s software platform.

- Build strong long-term relationships with customers
- Support onboarding and product implementation processes
- Conduct customer training sessions and virtual support meetings
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email
- Help improve customer adoption and platform engagement
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams on customer feedback
- Manage multiple client requests and priorities efficiently
- Utilize CRM and customer success tools to support account management
- Advocate for customer needs and process improvements

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS support roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting software or SaaS customers
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in fast-moving environments
- Customer-focused mindset with strong empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with CRM or customer support tools
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
