What You’ll Do as an Account Manager
- Manage day-to-day client servicing for commercial insurance accounts
- Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and coverage inquiries
- Collaborate with Account Executives to retain and grow client relationships
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and agency procedures
- Utilize EPIC or similar agency management systems for seamless operations
Qualifications We’re Looking For
✔ 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience (Property & Casualty preferred)
✔ Active California Department of Insurance License (required)
✔ Strong knowledge of underwriting, rating, and policy servicing
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and agency management systems
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
