The Role:
Reporting to the Superintendent – People & Culture, the Business Partner will play a crucial role in:
- Supporting leaders in addressing workforce needs and implementing People & Culture (P&C) practices.
- Providing expert guidance on policy interpretation and best practices.
- Collaborating with the P&C team to achieve operational objectives.
- Partnering with leaders to implement Evolution’s P&C strategies.
- Developing tailored P&C initiatives for EHO.
- Providing strategic advice on performance management.
- Navigating Industrial Relations matters.
- Contributing to P&C reports and budget preparation.
- Upholding Evolution’s values of Safety, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect.
