Position Overview

The Director of Mobility Sales will lead and manage the Mobility business segment, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high sales performance. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, retaining existing clients, and expanding the Roaming as a Service (RaaS), travel eSIM, and IoT portfolios. The position demands strategic leadership, strong sales expertise, and the ability to foster cross-regional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Management

  • Oversee mobility operations and manage day-to-day customer interactions.
  • Responsible for achieving 56M AED in revenues from mobility services.
  • Lead a team of sales and account managers to drive YoY growth and achieve business targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships to retain business and upsell additional services.

Strategic Planning & Market Positioning

  • Define vision, strategy, portfolio, go-to-market approach, and business plans for Advanced Mobility in line with global standards.
  • Position mobility services through exclusive deals with e& Operating Companies, MNOs, and partners worldwide.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment and leverage the group.

Portfolio & Service Development

  • Manage RaaS, travel eSIM, and IoT portfolios effectively.
  • Develop bundled service offerings combining IR, voice, and data solutions.
  • Generate new sales opportunities by assessing customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

  • Keep senior leadership informed on market developments, product updates, and tactical issues.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance corporate image.
  • Monitor sales revenues, maintain healthy pipeline growth, and forecast accurately.

Desired Candidate

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in telecom sales, specifically in the roaming business.
