Job at a Glance
The L10 Customer Operations Controller plays a central role in ensuring smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction. Based in Dublin, this role oversees order management, performance monitoring, and communication across internal teams, customers, and third-party suppliers. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end operations, support customer collaboration, and continuously drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management
- Oversee order placement, quota execution, returns management, and delivery exceptions.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external queries regarding order performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and third-party hauliers to resolve order-related issues.
Performance & Process Improvement
- Monitor performance against KPIs such as service, availability, and cost to serve.
- Identify opportunities to optimize order-to-delivery processes and reduce supply chain costs.
- Continuously review and improve cost-to-serve models across categories.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Participate in customer meetings to provide insights on performance, sales, and cash management.
- Support the Customer Collaboration Manager on projects, system upgrades, and activity coverage.
- Maintain and test Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for assigned customers.
Stock & Logistics Oversight
- Manage stock inbound communication with third-party distributors.
- Respond to internal and external stock queries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and manage clearance orders and product samples.

Compensation and Benefits
