Role Summary
The Software Engineer joins the Baseband software team and contributes to the development of Cloud RAN applications. The role centers on designing, integrating, and validating software components while maintaining strong quality standards. In addition, the engineer collaborates with international teams to enhance platform capabilities and improve development practices.
Core Responsibility Areas
Digital Platform and Software Engineering
The engineer develops new features and integrates software components into the Cloud RAN ecosystem. Furthermore, the role includes optimizing performance and maintaining clean, maintainable code across the platform.
Global Team Collaboration
The position requires close coordination with distributed engineering teams. Therefore, the engineer participates in planning activities, technical discussions, and problem-solving.
DevOps and Platform Enablement
The engineer contributes to platform engineering efforts, including DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. As a result, the role supports automation, reliability, and faster delivery cycles.
Software Testing and Quality Assurance
Quality remains a central focus. The engineer defines testable requirements, builds structured test plans, and performs thorough testing to ensure stable releases.
Issue Analysis and Continuous Improvement

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is required.
Required Technical Expertise

- Practical experience in software development and testing
- Strong proficiency in C++, Golang, or Python for both development and test activities
- Experience working in Linux-based environments
- Ability to design, implement, and validate robust software solutions
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of agile software development practices
- Experience with CI and CD workflows
- Understanding of cloud runtime environments
- Familiarity with telecommunications architecture, particularly 5G radio networks
- Knowledge of cloud native principles and Kubernetes ecosystems
- Experience working with open source software and platform services
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitLab, or Gerrit
- Experience with NVIDIA CUDA and GPU-accelerated computing
