What the Role Entails:
The Associate Manager Regulatory Systems Analyst will act as a technical lead, overseeing regulatory reporting systems and the implementation of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Responsibilities include:
- Leading technical aspects of regulatory reporting systems and LIMS projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
- Advising on the software development lifecycle (SDLC), system design, and integrations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Supporting ad-hoc IT requests from business clients.
- Tracking and monitoring systems technical health.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Altria is seeking candidates with:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field.
- 6+ years of experience in project leadership or IT solution development.
- Experience operating under 21 CFR requirements.
- Knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks.
- Experience with regulatory reporting systems or business processes.
- DevOps knowledge is a plus.
