Position Overview

The ES Operations Expert supports daily retail operations by managing inventory processes, guiding Operations team members, and maintaining accuracy across all operational systems. By combining operational knowledge with a customer-focused mindset, this role directly contributes to sales performance and overall store efficiency.

Core Responsibility Areas

Operational Excellence and Inventory Accuracy

The role oversees receiving, counting, returning, and shipping inventory in line with Retail Inventory processes. Accuracy and consistency remain a top priority across all inventory activities.

Team Support and Knowledge Sharing

Operations Specialists receive ongoing guidance and mentoring to ensure processes are followed correctly. Knowledge sharing strengthens team capability and confidence.

Fulfillment and Customer Support

Product fulfillment tasks are completed efficiently, including delivering items requested by Runners to customers and team members, which supports a smooth in-store experience.

Inventory Performance and Reporting

Inventory data is monitored and analyzed to identify trends, variances, and root causes. These insights support leadership decision-making and operational improvements.

Business and Store Operations

Non-sellable and sellable inventory is tracked within inventory management systems to maintain system integrity. Additional operational or customer-facing tasks are supported as business needs evolve.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail, sales, or a related field

  • Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken. Sign language support is available
