Eligibility and Qualifications:
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following basic eligibility criteria:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized university/college/institute.
- Experience in banking, with a focus on audit, compliance, operations, risk, finance, or business governance (specific requirements vary by position).
- Strong understanding of internal audit practices and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
These positions will involve a variety of tasks related to internal audit functions, including:
- Conducting Management Audits, Branch Audits, and Regional Audits.
- Developing and updating Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) for various functions and processes.
- Planning audits, gathering data, and preparing audit planning documents.
- Performing testing procedures for internal controls and reporting on identified lapses.
- Following up on the rectification of regulatory and internal audit findings.
- Implementing internal and external quality assurance recommendations.
- Maintaining internal audit MIS and ensuring the safekeeping of audit records.
- Escalating reportable/critical issues and conducting follow-ups.
- Performing additional assignments as assigned by supervisors.
