Lead Delivery Manager

Job Overview

This role combines technical leadership, delivery management, architecture oversight, production risk management, and mentorship. You will act as a key technical decision-maker for gambling products while supporting Tech Leads responsible for as many as four projects running in parallel.

The successful candidate must have direct development experience, deep knowledge of iGaming mechanics, and the leadership ability to create reliable and repeatable delivery processes across multiple production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of iGaming products, including slot, crash, and instant-win games.
• Oversee delivery across as many as four parallel projects through their assigned Tech Leads.
• Build, standardize, and scale technical and delivery processes across multiple production areas.
• Maintain consistency in software architecture, development standards, performance, and technical quality.
• Serve as the primary technical decision-maker for gambling-related products.
• Support and mentor Tech Leads as they manage teams and project delivery.
• Identify technical, operational, and delivery risks before they affect production.
• Help teams maintain stable and predictable development processes.
• Coordinate technical practices across iGaming, mobile gaming, playable advertisements, and web or instant-game projects.
• Balance hands-on technical involvement with leadership across several teams and projects.

Required Qualifications

• 60+ months of hands-on technical development experience using Unity or a comparable technology.
• 36+ months of professional experience in iGaming.
• Strong required expertise in slot games and crash-game development.
• 24+ months of experience in a leadership position such as Technical Lead, Team Lead, or a similar role.
• Deep understanding of slot mechanics, return to player calculations, random number generation, and game mathematics.
• Experience overseeing multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
• Strong ownership, judgment, and technical decision-making abilities.
• Solid English communication skills.

• Familiarity with gambling-industry regulatory requirements.
