What Sun Life is Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in an enterprise IT environment (financial services preferred).
- Core Skills: Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET (including VB6), Java, Relational & NoSQL databases, and DevOps tools (BitBucket, CDD, Jenkins).
- Methodology: Proven experience with Agile development.
- Mindset: A continuous improvement attitude, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creating reusable code.
- Education: Graduate of a STEM program.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge of API development and Mainframe technology.
