This key position (Job ID: 25WD85008) sits within the Design Operations team, specifically supporting the Construction Experience Design organization. The successful candidate will take the helm of complex, high-impact design programs, working closely with cross-functional partners in design, product, and engineering to drive strategic objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities center on robust program and project management. The Senior Principal Design Program Manager will:
- Establish and manage large-scale design programs from conception through completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and perform critical path analysis to mitigate risks.
- Monitor program execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
- Serve as a key communicator, preparing status reports for leadership and acting as an internal spokesperson for the programs.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Analyze program metrics to evaluate success and drive continuous improvement within the team.
