Responsibilities center on robust program and project management. The Senior Principal Design Program Manager will:

  • Establish and manage large-scale design programs from conception through completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and perform critical path analysis to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor program execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
  • Serve as a key communicator, preparing status reports for leadership and acting as an internal spokesperson for the programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Analyze program metrics to evaluate success and drive continuous improvement within the team.

  • A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably in dynamic, cross-functional tech environments.
  • Proven ability to anticipate, understand, and actively mitigate project risks.

  • Deep subject-matter expertise combined with strong business acumen.
  • The ability to work independently on complex problems and persuade stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications include experience in a matrixed UX organization, PMP certification, and proficiency in tools like Airtable, Miro, Microsoft Project, AI applications, and Human-Centered Design methodologies.
