Role Overview
Oracle is seeking a Software Developer 5 – Multicloud to join its OCI Multicloud Innovation and Architecture team. This senior role is designed for highly skilled engineers who can architect AI/ML-centric data platforms, tackle complex multicloud challenges, and drive forward next-generation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, optimize, and scale multicloud AI/ML data platforms.
- Partner with product, engineering, and field teams to solve complex architecture challenges.
- Deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across OCI and hybrid environments.
- Guide data strategy, model lifecycle management, and Gen AI deployment patterns.
- Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate on cross-team solutions.
- Represent Oracle’s innovation in product reviews, customer engagements, and events.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- 6–10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong technical foundation in Python, REST APIs, cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure).
- Expertise with LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Proficiency in big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, NoSQL).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OCI Gen AI Services and autonomous agent pipelines.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Generative AI tools.
- Certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
