AI Growth & SEO Marketing Manager – Website Growth (US Remote)

Job Overview

The AI Growth & SEO Marketing Manager will own Smartcat’s marketing website from discovery through conversion, including CRO, landing-page systems, traditional and AI search visibility, organic content, experimentation, analytics, and AI-powered growth workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own conversion optimization across Smartcat’s marketing website.
• Improve performance across the homepage, product pages, solution pages, industry pages, pricing paths, demo pages, trial entry points, forms, CTAs, and landing pages.
• Build a scalable landing-page engine for priority campaigns, personas, use cases, industries, competitors, and product narratives.
• Own SEO, GEO, and AI-search visibility initiatives across website and content experiences.
• Develop SEO/GEO-optimized content designed to generate qualified organic demand.
• Improve Smartcat’s visibility across traditional search engines and AI-generated answer surfaces.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and automation systems for marketing growth.
• Use AI workflows to reduce the time from insight to prototype, launch, test, and reporting.
• Identify and automate recurring marketing workflows where AI can improve speed or quality.
• Establish structured experimentation across key website surfaces.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into website performance.
• Analyze conversion and funnel data and use findings to prioritize improvements.
• Partner with Data, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to connect website growth with revenue outcomes.
• Help Smartcat communicate its broader AI-native enterprise positioning clearly across the website.
• Own initiatives from problem diagnosis through shipped improvement and measurement.

Website Conversion & Funnel Performance

You will be responsible for improving conversion across Smartcat’s marketing website, from initial discovery through trial, demo, and sales engagement. The role includes identifying funnel friction, improving landing experiences, and establishing disciplined experimentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or product-led growth, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to build working prototypes using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to create polished user experiences and work directly with AI design tools.
• Experience implementing SEO and GEO tactics that improved brand visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, or other answer engines.
• Proven experience writing and managing high-performing SEO/GEO content.
• Ability to connect content strategy with measurable organic-growth outcomes.
• Track record of improving website or product conversion rates.
• Strong experimentation mindset and experience designing, executing, and analyzing growth experiments.
• Experience collaborating across Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
• Strong bias toward shipping, measuring, learning, and iterating.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
