The Talent Relations Strategist will serve as The Humane League’s functional leader for celebrity and influencer engagement, building high-trust partnerships and campaigns that translate cultural influence into measurable advocacy, policy, fundraising, audience, and organizational outcomes.

Strategy & Functional Leadership

  • Define and own The Humane League’s celebrity and influencer engagement strategy.
  • Align talent-relations initiatives with quarterly objectives and long-term organizational priorities.

  • Use partnerships to support corporate accountability, legislative progress, movement building, and cultural awareness.

Brand, Content & Cultural Influence

  • Partner with Digital Engagement to maximize the long-term value of celebrity-driven media.
  • Help repurpose high-profile content across appropriate channels.
  • Establish brand standards for celebrity partnerships.
  • Maintain authenticity and mission alignment across talent collaborations.
  • Translate complex animal-welfare issues into accessible and compelling narratives.
  • Monitor entertainment, influencer, media, and advocacy trends.
  • Identify cultural opportunities that can bring factory farming into mainstream public conversation.

Measurement & Operations

  • Develop and optimize systems for tracking celebrity engagement.

Required Qualifications

Remote Work & Location Requirements
