Louisville, KY – Baxter is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to represent Bardy Diagnostics in the Louisville, Kentucky territory. This remote role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive the adoption of innovative cardiac monitoring technology and make a real difference in patient care.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory plan to increase revenue by promoting BardyDx’s cutting-edge CAM Patch and services. You’ll build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, and Emergency Medicine Physicians, within physician practices, hospitals, and academic institutions.
Your Impact:
- Develop and implement a robust territory business plan.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with physicians, office staff, and hospital administration.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper use of BardyDx products.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 2+ years of B2B sales experience).
- Ideally, a background in medical sales, particularly in Cardiology or Electrophysiology.
- Proven ability to build relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory (up to 90% local, with occasional overnight travel).
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary range of $68,000 to $156,000 plus commission, commensurate with experience and skills.
