  • Support Investment Advisors and branch operations with administrative tasks
  • Handle client requests, including money transfers, account updates, and technology guidance
  • Schedule and prepare for client meetings
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives such as website updates, social media, client events, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain organized client files and databases for smooth operations

Skills and Experience That Make a Difference

Preferred qualifications include

Licensing and certifications

  • Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook exam (to be completed within 18 months of hire)
  • Successful completion of the BMO NB Investment Representative Licensing Program (30 days)
