Our Platform Team builds the core building blocks that enable all product teams to work faster and smarter. Instead of delivering one-off features, you will create reusable systems and environments that support everything from development pipelines to security and architecture.
Your daily work will involve:
- Enhancing developer experience and removing unnecessary technical friction
- Designing proof-of-concepts that raise the bar on engineering standards
- Supporting multiple teams with the right tools at the right time
- Building libraries, IaC frameworks, and workflows across diverse environments
- Defining cloud-native best practices with clear documentation
- Advocating for smarter, scalable, and secure solutions

What You Need to Succeed
We value expertise, but we also welcome curiosity and initiative. You do not need to tick every box, but here are the skills that will help you thrive:
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS
- Strong understanding of development, preferably JavaScript or Node.js
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
- Ability to design and maintain shared libraries and internal tools
- Knowledge of large-scale API systems, including networking, redundancy, and security
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively across multiple teams
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
