What It Takes to Succeed
Athleta is looking for a people-first leader who brings expertise, agility, and passion. Success in this role requires:
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a retail setting with multi-unit leadership structures
- A strong background across HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, and organizational development
- A proven ability to analyze data, translate it into business outcomes, and drive measurable results
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and coaching skills that build authentic partnerships
- A personal alignment with Athleta’s mission and values, with the ability to represent the brand culture in every interaction

Compensation Transparency
This role offers a salary range between $98,000 and $141,400 USD. Final compensation depends on qualifications, experience, skill set, and location. Athleta ensures compliance with all city, county, and state pay requirements.
