About the Role
As an Implementation Manager, you will manage the onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring seamless integration of the platform into their existing systems. You will act as a technical and product expert, guiding clients through setup, configuration, and adoption.
This role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding of integrations, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding projects and ensure successful product implementation
- Guide customers through system integration with existing recruitment tools
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and integration processes
- Provide technical support during onboarding and resolve implementation challenges
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Conduct training sessions and create onboarding materials
- Drive product adoption and ensure early customer success
- Document onboarding processes and create scalable resources
Requirements / Skills
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, project management, or implementation roles
- Experience with HR technology systems and recruiting workflows
- Strong understanding of system integrations and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience developing training materials and documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with onboarding tools and automation platforms
