About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound and inbound outreach. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, schedule meetings, and support early-stage sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and research
  • Engage with inbound and marketing-qualified leads
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social channels
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
  • Research target accounts to understand business needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign strategies
  • Support preparation of sales materials and presentations

Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong motivation to learn and grow
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
