About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will lead full-cycle sales efforts focused on Lumivero’s Student Success and Experiential Learning solutions. You will engage with higher education institutions, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that improve student outcomes and operational workflows.
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, technical understanding of SaaS products, and experience navigating complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
- Build relationships with academic, administrative, and technical stakeholders
- Deliver product presentations and consultative sales discussions
- Align solutions with institutional goals and demonstrate ROI
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams
- Stay informed on higher education trends and competitive landscape
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing enterprise-level sales cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to higher education institutions
- Familiarity with student success or experiential learning solutions
- Training in structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Solution Selling)
