About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Support Operations, you will oversee the design and optimization of customer support systems and workflows. You will lead initiatives focused on automation, AI integration, and performance tracking to ensure efficient and scalable support operations.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize customer experience platforms such as Zendesk and AI tools
- Design and improve workflows, automation systems, and ticketing processes
- Lead AI and chatbot implementation initiatives
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Build dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in support operations
- Manage vendor relationships and system implementations
- Document processes and support team training initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement and change management efforts
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Zendesk or similar CX platforms
- Strong knowledge of support automation and chatbot tools
- Experience implementing AI-driven support solutions
- Understanding of customer support metrics (CSAT, response time, etc.)
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical projects
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
