About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing engagement, and account growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities to expand usage of the platform.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding processes for new customers and ensure successful implementation
- Manage ongoing relationships with key accounts and maintain account health
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide strategic guidance to clients
- Identify and drive opportunities for account expansion and retention
- Address customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
- Resolve issues and manage escalations effectively
- Track performance metrics and customer engagement indicators
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams
Requirements / Skills
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in SaaS or high-growth environments preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
