About the Role
As a Senior Data & AI Engineer, you will architect and scale the company’s data ecosystem, focusing on building AI-powered solutions and modern data pipelines. You will play a key role in defining strategies for machine learning and large language model (LLM) applications while ensuring data systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient.
This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data architecture using Snowflake
- Build and optimize data pipelines and ELT workflows
- Develop AI and machine learning solutions, including LLM-based applications
- Lead implementation of advanced data models and semantic layers
- Ensure data quality, performance, and security across systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Mentor team members and guide technical decisions
- Stay updated on emerging trends in data engineering and AI
Requirements / Skills
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and Python
- Experience with modern data tools such as dbt and orchestration frameworks
- Hands-on experience with machine learning or LLM-based systems
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture design
- Experience building scalable, production-grade data systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
