About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead strategic partnerships and vendor relationships that drive growth across multiple gaming verticals. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and optimizing partnerships to maximize revenue.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company strategy
  • Evaluate potential partners through financial, product, and regulatory analysis
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including revenue share and contract terms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners

Revenue Growth & Optimization

  • Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Optimize vendor mix and content strategy to drive revenue
  • Develop ROI frameworks to measure partnership success

Market Expansion & Operations

  • Support new market launches through vendor onboarding and due diligence
  • Coordinate with product, operations, and compliance teams
  • Ensure partnerships meet regulatory and operational requirements

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs related to revenue and partner performance
  • Collaborate with business intelligence teams to improve reporting
  • Work with finance teams on contract interpretation and billing accuracy

Requirements / Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, or regulated digital industries
  • Background in vendor management or procurement processes
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or analytics platforms
  • Experience supporting international or multi-market expansion
