About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead strategic partnerships and vendor relationships that drive growth across multiple gaming verticals. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and optimizing partnerships to maximize revenue.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company strategy
- Evaluate potential partners through financial, product, and regulatory analysis
- Lead commercial negotiations, including revenue share and contract terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
Revenue Growth & Optimization
- Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Optimize vendor mix and content strategy to drive revenue
- Develop ROI frameworks to measure partnership success
Market Expansion & Operations
- Support new market launches through vendor onboarding and due diligence
- Coordinate with product, operations, and compliance teams
- Ensure partnerships meet regulatory and operational requirements
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs related to revenue and partner performance
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to improve reporting
- Work with finance teams on contract interpretation and billing accuracy
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in iGaming, online casino, or regulated digital industries
- Background in vendor management or procurement processes
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or analytics platforms
- Experience supporting international or multi-market expansion
