About the Role
As a Capital Markets Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s funding strategy. You will work on structuring and managing financial transactions that support Affirm’s lending operations and global expansion.
This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external investors, making it a highly strategic and impactful role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of capital markets strategies
- Structure, negotiate, and manage financial transactions from start to finish
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams to scale funding operations
- Build and maintain relationships with investors and financial partners
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Manage multiple deal processes and ensure timely execution
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive business growth
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of experience in structured finance, investment, consulting, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
