About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will manage core accounting operations, including month-end close, billing processes, and financial reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial accuracy and provide insights that support business decisions.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both daily accounting functions and strategic financial improvements within a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Generate and review customer invoices for accuracy and timely delivery
- Oversee revenue operations and resolve billing-related issues
- Respond to internal and customer billing inquiries
- Maintain recurring billing reports and analyze revenue performance
- Process accounts payable and manage financial transactions
- Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with external partners on tax compliance and filings
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems and processes
Requirements / Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, revenue operations, or public accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA eligibility or partial completion of CPA exams preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
