About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across the customer lifecycle. You will partner closely with sales and product teams to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes and maximize platform value.
This is a leadership role focused on strategy, execution, and scaling customer success operations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers
- Build skills, processes, and performance standards for high-impact delivery
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
Client Value & Engagement
- Ensure CSMs deliver high-quality demos, onboarding, and adoption programs
- Drive measurable customer outcomes and long-term retention
- Align engagements with client goals and business objectives
Strategic Account Management
- Partner with sales teams to prioritize high-value accounts
- Optimize resource allocation across enterprise customers
- Support both pre-sales and post-sales engagement strategies
Operational Excellence & Scaling
- Develop scalable playbooks, frameworks, and engagement strategies
- Use product usage data and insights to improve performance
- Build processes that support growth and consistency across teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, and enablement teams
- Share customer feedback to inform product development
- Align messaging and strategies across departments
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS client-facing roles (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or similar)
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with enterprise clients and stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and performance
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or market intelligence platforms
- Strong background in SaaS product adoption and customer lifecycle management
- Experience building scalable customer success processes
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and analytics platforms
