About the Role
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will work with one of trainwell’s partner agencies to sell a range of insurance products including auto, home, and life coverage. This role focuses on working with inbound leads, building client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions based on customer needs.
You will follow a proven sales framework while receiving continuous training and coaching to maximize performance and earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products including auto, home, life, and financial protection plans
- Engage with warm, inbound leads provided by the agency
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage
- Follow structured sales processes and scripts to close deals effectively
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Grow and manage your personal book of business
Requirements / Skills
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life & Health (L&H) license
- Prior experience in insurance sales or as a licensed producer
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable mindset
- Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment
