About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of Route’s external marketing presence and drive demand across multiple channels. This role combines content creation, paid media management, and brand positioning, offering the opportunity to shape marketing strategy from the ground up.

You will work closely with the product marketing team to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure the brand reaches the right audience effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across paid, owned, and organic channels
  • Create high-quality content including blog posts, landing pages, ad copy, and product updates
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Build and grow the company’s social media presence, especially on LinkedIn
  • Enhance visibility on third-party platforms such as marketplaces and review sites
  • Collaborate with internal teams to turn product launches and updates into marketing campaigns
  • Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
  • Monitor analytics and provide actionable insights to improve results
  • Stay updated with growth marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven strategies

Requirements / Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce marketing environments
  • Strong content writing skills across blogs, ads, and landing pages
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • Ability to manage full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and attribution
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Self-driven and capable of managing projects independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
